Indians are at high risk for THIS
Something most Indians are at risk for, and have never been informed.

Hi,
If you’re reading this, there’s a 99% chance that you’re from India, and this is really important for you.
So, most Indians have never been told this:
We’re more likely to develop insulin resistance
(even when we’re not overweight or have a bad diet)
It shows up earlier. It hides in “normal” blood tests.
And it’s quietly behind the fatigue, belly fat, cravings, and weird lab results no one seems to explain.
The real problem - Almost no one knows this.
Doctors rarely flag it. Blood reports miss it.
And people are left thinking: “Maybe it’s stress. Maybe I’m just ageing.”
But the truth is, Indian bodies are built differently.
We carry more visceral fat around our bellies. We get blood sugar spikes faster.
And our risk for insulin resistance is higher, at lower weights than most other populations.
Without knowing this, people waste years chasing surface-level fixes…
Trying diets that don’t work. Blaming metabolism. Ignoring the signs until they turn into something harder to reverse.
That’s why we wrote this article:
It breaks down how insulin resistance actually works in Indian bodies, and what to do if you want to fix it before it spirals.
Don’t wait for your numbers to “look bad.”
This starts long before that
